Registration Fees

Registration fee includes coffee breaks, conference materials, visa support and online access to conference sessions.

The invoice for registration fee payment is available in the personal account after registration. The invoice can be payed by following ways:

  • Bank transfer;
  • Card payment (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro) via PayOnline service-system.
Terms of payment:
  • 100% pre-payment under the invoice;
  • All bank charges associated with the payment of the Conference fee are covered by the Buyer;
  • Refund policy in the case of on-site participation: cancelation before 31 August 2021 - 90% refund; cancelation after 31 August 2021 - no refund. All refunds are made after the Conference dates net of the administrative and bank overhead charges (10%).
  • Refund policyin the case of online participation: cancelation before 6 September 2021 - 90% refund; cancelation after 6 September 2021 - no refund. All refunds are made after the Conference dates net of the administrative and bank overhead charges (10%).
After reciving registration fee payment, participants will recieve e-mail notification that registration fee was fully recieved. Original invoice and acceptance certificate will be granted to the participants at the Conference venue not later then 16 September 2021.
