Registration Fees

The invoice for registration fee payment is available in the personal account after registration. The invoice can be payed by following ways:

  • Using the Fast Payment System (FPS);
  • Bank transfer from an organization;
  • Payment via bank details;
  • Credit/debit card payment.

Payment Terms:

  • 100% pre-payment under the invoice;
  • All bank charges related to conference fee payments shall be borne by the participant.

Refund policy:

  • For cancellations before August 20, 2025: 85% refund of the registration fee;
  • For cancellations on or after August 21, 2025: no refund will be issued.

After reciving registration fee payment, participants will recieve e-mail notification that registration fee was fully recieved. Original invoice and acceptance certificate will be granted to the participants at the Conference venue not later then September 25, 2025.
