Abstract
In this work, the optical characteristics and conductivity under photoactivation with visible light of hybrids based on nanocrystalline SnO2 or In2O3 semiconductor matrixes and heteroleptic Ru(II) complex were presented. Synthesized organic–inorganic hybrid materials based on the nanocrystalline semiconductor oxide and Ru(II) heteroleptic complex demonstrated high sensitivity in gas detecting at room temperature under periodic illumination with blue light.
